I had a great experience with Pharma Hub, especially compared to other website! The best part was both variety and prices of the products! Most websites have limited products and much higher prices than Pharma Hub! Also, a lot of their products are out of stock for months! Pharma Hub is always stocked up with all of their products! Another great quality about Pharma Hub is that their products have an average of 2 years expiration dates! I once ordered from another site, and 3 of 5 of the products expired in just 2 months of the date of delivery!

Got an email my payment form will be validated within 24 hours,
Right now I’ve been waiting a total of 10 days no more response, no mails are been answered….

I was excited to try out PharmaHub after all the positive reviews on the quality of their products. On the flip side, I was a bit apprehensive due to the reviews on poor customer service, and it looks like I should have been. I place my order (which was a smooth and easy process) and received an email saying payment has been confirmed on 9/25/25. I waited a full 5 business days to get tracking info. After not receiving anything I reached out to customer support two separate times. I still have yet to received any kind of response. I’ve checked my junk mail to make sure it didn’t get mixed in. I’m hoping they are just busy with a backlog and I didn’t waste my money on a product that isn’t coming. I’ll update this is I hear back.

For those that are reading this review, I was expecting at least 5 weeks and I got it in around 3. There were no updates in the portal until 3 days before the package arrived, but support is very responsive if you have any concerns. Thank you guys again. Also, personally, I’m not a fan of Paybis, but that’s just my advice.

My first order with Pharmahub went really well, there was some initial confusion on the payment side but once that was figured out I received my order quickly.

The second order hasn’t been nearly as smooth. I placed my order originally on 8/23. There was no update on it’s status until 8/29 at which point a label seems to had been created with a tracking number. There were updates until 9/3 all of which said either Arriving or Departed Shipping Partner Facility. Since 9/3 the status has been:

“Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item, Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 9:00 am on September 3, 2025…A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package”

I appreciate what Pharmahub does, and my first order went very well. But given that it’s now 9/9 and there has been no update to my order, specifically no response from the multiple times I’ve reached out to customer support is disappointing. I will gladly update/change my review given I receive some kind of helpful response.

I was scared of being scammed

Took 2 months and had to constantly ask for updates. BUT that's expected. All suspicions and fears of being scammed went out the window, everything arrived packaged well and I couldn't be happier.
